Spearheaded the conceptualization, development, and launch of a SaaS platform designed to streamline and optimize the administrative and financial workflows of freelancers and self-employed professionals. The primary objective of this venture was to engineer a technological solution that significantly reduces the time spent on bureaucratic tasks through smart automation. Throughout the project lifecycle, I drove the following key areas: Product Management & UX/UI Design: Conducted market research to identify core user pain points, defined functional requirements, and designed an intuitive user experience focused on simplicity and operational efficiency. Core Feature Development: Implemented automated systems for invoicing, expense tracking and categorization, and real-time tax forecasting. Data Analytics & Visualization: Designed centralized dashboards to provide users with a clear, real-time overview of their business's financial health. End-to-End Management: Provided cross-functional leadership, overseeing everything from technical architecture design to business model viability and go-to-market strategy.
