Founder and creator of EcomScrape, a comprehensive SaaS platform (comprising a Web App and a browser extension) designed for the auditing and competitive intelligence analysis of online stores. The goal of this project was to build a tool capable of "reverse engineering" competitors' strategies within the e-commerce sector, delivering actionable, data-driven insights. Throughout the design, development, and launch of the platform, I took on the following responsibilities: Dual Architecture (Web App + Extension): Developed a synchronized ecosystem that enables agile data capture directly from the user's browser, followed by in-depth analytical visualization on a centralized web platform. Sales Analytics & Strategy: Implemented algorithms to process and structure commercial data—identifying conversion tactics, performance estimates, pricing patterns, and catalog management strategies of rival stores. SEO Auditing: Integrated technical and content analysis modules to evaluate competitors' web architecture, organic ranking, metadata, and keyword usage. Data Extraction & Processing: Built the web scraping engine for automated, large-scale information gathering, ensuring high data accuracy, cleanliness, and seamless exportability. Product Leadership: Managed the complete software development lifecycle—from conceptualizing analytical features to designing decision-oriented user interfaces (dashboards) for business intelligence.
