Development | Marketing 2025

I led the digital transformation and process automation project for ZenPools.es, with the goal of optimizing customer acquisition, support, and internal operations through the integration of web channels and instant messaging. The development focused on eliminating operational bottlenecks and improving the user experience (UX) by connecting the web platform with the WhatsApp API, centralizing the company's communications. Key responsibilities and developments for this project included: Automation via WhatsApp Business API: Designed and implemented advanced conversational flows (chatbots) for automatic lead qualification, resolving frequently asked questions (FAQs), and scheduling appointments without initial human intervention. Omnichannel Integration (Web-CRM): Synchronized website forms and events with the company's CRM system and WhatsApp flows, ensuring customer data flows in real-time without any loss of information. Sales and Support Process Optimization: Automated the management of quote requests and the delivery of status notifications to customers, drastically reducing response times and the team's administrative workload. Automation Architecture: Utilized webhooks and integrated third-party APIs to build an efficient, scalable digital ecosystem capable of supporting the business's volume of interactions. This project demonstrates my ability to implement tangible business process automation (BPA) solutions that connect web technology with mass communication tools, generating a direct impact on the company's productivity and profitability.
